Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within the next business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Alberta – 1-2 business days
British Columbia , Saskatchewan, Manitoba – 2-3 business days
Ontario, Quebec, Northwest Territories, Yukon Territories – 4-5 business days
Maritimes - 6-7 business days
* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the Canada urban.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Free Shipping only applies to item purchased over $99.00
Free Shipping does not apply to Large Amplifiers, Cellos, Cello Cases, Double Basses and Pianos. Shipping By Quote Only.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes
A Pratte Guitars & Strings ships to addresses within the Canada and its Territories and Does not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
All guitar, violin, viola, cello, double bass, piano and amp orders or items over $200.00 are shipped signature required.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
A Pratte Guitars & Strings is not responsible for any taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
A Pratte Guitars & Strings is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside Canada.
